We use 4 non-GMO ingredients to make Banza Rice: Chickpeas, Potato Starch, Sea Salt, & Xanthan Gum. Each ingredient contributes to the delicious flavor and texture of our rice. It's a tasty, nutritious addition to your favorite meals and a twist on a time-honored staple.
Banza Rice is prepared a little differently (and faster) than regular rice - simply cook in salted water for approx. 5 mins at a rolling boil, strain & rinse. Use it in your favorite recipes and meals, such as grain bowls, risotto, fried rice, stir fry, burritos, paella, and more.
