Whole soya beans are simply cold pressed to remove their oil content then steamed under pressure to form chunks and finally dried
How to use:
To rehydrate: Add Soya Mince to boiling water or stock and soak for 10 minutes.
Drain and squeeze out excess water.
Then use in any recipe in place of mince.
