    Cook from thawed

    1. Remove all packaging.
    2. Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan on a medium heat.
    3. Add your sausages and cook for approximately 5 minutes turning occasionally or until nicely browned.
    4. Ensure food is piping hot, serve and enjoy!
