CLASSIC SKILLET OR GRIDDLE: COOK FROM FROZEN. COOK PATTIES OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT UNTIL CARAMELIZED, ABOUT 2 MINUTES PER SIDE (4-5 MINUTES TOTAL). COOK UNTIL INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES 165°F. DO NOT OVERCOOK.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN. PLACE PATTIES ON TRAY AND COOK IN 350°F OVEN FOR ABOUT 8 MINS, FLIP HALFWAY. COOK UNTIL INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES 165°F. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
