STOVETOP (MOST DELICIOUS!)
Sauté over medium/high heat in 1T of vegetable oil* for 5-6 minutes, turning 3-4 times. (Optional) Add your favorite sauce to the pan halfway through cooking.
While not recommended, empty pouch into a microwave-safe bowl, cover with a loose-fitting lid, and cook on high for (2:30-3:00) min. Heating instructions are for an 1100W oven. Toss in your favorite sauce, once cooked.(optional)
*COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165⁰F. PRODUCT SHOULD BE SEARED (UNLESS MICROWAVED) BUT REMAIN MOIST. REMEMBER TO LET FOOD SIT 2 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
